How to get your certificate
- Open your eMAG account, go to “My orders” and copy the order number.
- Enter it in the form above, with the last 4 digits of the phone number on the order.
- Download the PDF. Keep it on your phone or print it.
- The 3-year warranty is given in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity and does not limit your statutory rights.
- Rolls, bags and brush heads are consumables and don't come with a warranty certificate.
- For a repair or replacement under warranty, write to us with your order number and a description of the problem.
