Getting started

Switching on/off. Plug in the appliance and press the power button for 1 second. To switch it off, a short press is enough – the appliance switches off immediately.
Airflow. Press the airflow button to cycle through high → medium → low speed.
Temperature. Press the temperature button to cycle through hot → warm → cool air. The light ring shows the selected temperature: red = hot, yellow = warm, blue = cool.
Hot & cool cycle. Press and hold the airflow button. The appliance alternates hot and cool air automatically, which helps to set the style.
Cool air. Select cool air (blue) to set the style after drying.
Rotating cord. The 360° rotating cord connector prevents the cord from twisting during use.

The appliance is switched on but does not work

Power button faulty or internal damage. Contact the seller / authorised service.

The light ring behaves abnormally

Internal malfunction. Contact the seller / authorised service.

Burnt smell during use

Internal components damaged. Stop using the appliance immediately and contact the service.

No airflow or weak airflow

Air inlet blocked. Clean the inlet mesh and the filter in the handle (see “Cleaning the filter”).

The housing or the air is abnormally hot

Air inlet blocked. Switch off, let it cool down and clean the filter.

The inside of the appliance glows red and/or smoke comes out

Safety protection not working. Unplug immediately, stop using and contact the service.

The base of the cord or the plug is deformed and the cord becomes hot

Power cord damaged. Stop using immediately and contact the service.

Self-cleaning mode: with the appliance plugged in but switched off, press and hold the temperature button for 3 seconds. The appliance runs a short cleaning cycle and stops automatically after 5–6 seconds.
Always switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning. Let it cool down completely.
Wipe the housing with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use alcohol, nail-polish remover, detergents or abrasive products – they may cause malfunction, cracks or discoloration.
Remove hair and fluff from the air inlet and outlet regularly with a towel, cotton swab or toothbrush.
Clean the brushes and barrels with a dry cloth after they have cooled down.
Store the appliance in a dry place, out of reach of children. Do not wrap the cord around the appliance.
