FLERO FL-600 vacuum sealer
Removable drip tray, roll storage and built-in cutter.
Getting started
- Place the sealer on a flat surface and plug it in. After the self-test the display shows “88”: the sealer is ready.
- Put the food in the bag and leave at least 5 cm free. The bag opening must be clean, flat and free of creases.
- Turn the handle up about 30° and lift the lid. Place the bag opening inside the gasket and hold it with the clamping plate.
- Lower the flip lid and press the handle down until it locks.
- Pick the mode by how moist the food is: “Dry”, “Moist” or “Damp”. Optionally set “Gentle/Normal” for pressure and “Single/Double” for one or two seal lines.
- Press “Vac&Seal/Enter”. When it beeps, lift the handle and take out the bag. Wait 10 seconds between cycles.
Common problems
The display shows “E1”
The set vacuum wasn't reached. Check that the handle is locked and the bag is placed correctly and isn't too large, then restart.
The display shows “E2”
The internal temperature sensor isn't connected properly. Write to us with your order number.
Red “full of water” icon
Empty the removable tray, wipe the water-level sensor rod and close the lid. The warning goes off and you can continue.
Red lid or tray icon
The lid isn't closed properly or the tray isn't fitted. Push the tray back, lining up the marks, close the lid and press the handle.
Overheat icon
The fan is cooling the sealer. Wait until the icon goes off, then continue.
Thick bags don't seal well
Hold “Manual Seal” for 4 seconds: the light turns yellow and the sealer seals at high temperature.
How do I make a bag from the roll
Put the roll in its compartment, pull out what you need plus about 7.5 cm, cut with the sliding cutter and seal one end with “Manual Seal”.
Care
- Unplug before cleaning. Wipe with a soft cloth and remove liquid from the vacuum chamber with a paper towel.
- After moist food, empty and rinse the removable tray.
- When not in use, leave the lid unlocked so the silicone gasket doesn't deform.
- Don't immerse the sealer in water and don't use corrosive cleaners.
